CONSTRUCTION WORKERS IN CZECH REPUBLIC

Location: Prague and nearby cities, Czech Republic
For: Men aged 18–58
Accommodation: Provided in a dormitory (paid, 5000 CZK/month)
Language: Not required (basic English/Czech is a plus)
Position: Specialists and Assistants, Tilers, Plasterers, Facade Workers
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Meals: Not provided
Contract term: According to project duration
Work Clothing: Provided by employer

Salary: 180–220 CZK/hour (~€7.30–9/hour, depending on experience)

Work Schedule:

  • Saturdays until lunchtime
  • Sundays off
  • 10–12 hours per day

Job Description:
Construction workers perform a variety of tasks on residential and commercial buildings,
including tiling, plastering, facade insulation, and decorative finishing. The role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cutting tiles to the required size and shape
  • Applying and levelling plaster
  • Working with different types of plaster (cement-sand, gypsum, etc.)
  • Insulating building facades
  • Decorative finishing of facades
  • Reinforcement and application of coating layers
  • Laying tiles and grouting joints
  • Smoothing surfaces for subsequent work (painting, filling)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Physical endurance and ability to work with heavy materials
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Relevant experience in construction (preferred)

Transport:

  • For jobs in Prague: employees commute independently (metro, bus)
  • For jobs outside Prague: accommodation is usually close to the workplace
